What YOU will do:

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and ductwork in residential homes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to determine the best installation methods and system configurations.
• Measure and cut piping and tubing, and connect wiring and controls to HVAC units.
• Test systems to ensure proper operation, airflow, and temperature control, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with homeowners and team members to explain system functions, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and building codes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently and professionally.
• Document work performed and communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers.

What YOU will bring:

· 1-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge

· Service Titan knowledge a plus

· Must be 21 or older

· Valid drivers’ license with an acceptable driving record

· Authorized to work in the US

· Ability to pass background and drug test. · Strong customer service skills
· Strong mechanical aptitude
· Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
· Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
· Ability to work synergistically with crew partner(s), also independently and accurately
· Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools

· Ability to handle heavy equipment

· Ability to work outdoors
