What YOU Will Do:
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair diesel, natural gas, and propane generators to ensure reliable performance and compliance with safety standards
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostics on engines, electrical systems, control panels, and transfer switches to minimize downtime
- Test newly-installed generators to ensure proper function and resolve issues on the spot
- Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth
- Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves
- Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism
What We Need from YOU:
- 3+ years of experience with generators
- Valid tech ID with Generac (preferred)
- Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
- Knowledge of the electrical codes and safety procedures
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
- Physical dexterity
